Hall of Fame
Lynne set high standards in the classroom and on the soccer pitch. She was a 3-time OWIAA All-Star, 2-time CIAU All-Canadian as well as a CIAU Academic All-Canadian on 2 occasions. Ten years later, she is still ranked second on the Gryphons’ All-Time Scoring list. As a result of her accomplishments, she received numerous University of Guelph awards: 1991 Dr. Mary Beverley Burton Rookie of the Year, 1994 Female Athlete of the Year and 1994 W.F. Mitchell Sportswoman of the Year. Lynne represented Canada at the 1993 World University games and was a member of the national team from 1993-95.
