Dan Tocher, BA '90 (Football)
Dan Tocher, a Gryphon receiver from 1986-1990, will go down as one of the first-ever premier receivers to suit up for Guelph. He was named a CIAU All-Canadian in 1989 and OUAA first team All-Star in 1988, 1989 and 1990. Tocher led the OUAA from 1987-1990 in single game reception stats and set an OUAA record at that time for receptions in a career with a total of 146 when he graduated in 1990. He currently sits second overall in Gryphon football career receiving yards with a total of 2019 yards on 146 receptions, scoring 11 touchdowns. After breaking numerous school records, he was also named a member of the 1980's Gryphon Football Team of the Decade.
