Guelph, Ont. (Aug. 27, 2014) – In Guelph Gryphons men's soccer action on Tuesday night the Gryphons defeated the Ryerson Rams 2-1 in exhibition play.
Third-year Jared Agyemang of Brampton, Ont. scored the opening goal to Guelph a 1-0 lead before the Rams tied it up to end the first half. Guelph's Junior Roserie scored the lone goal in the second half to clinch the exhibition win for the Gryphons.
The Gryphons wrapped up their non-conference play tonight for their Annual Baden Klein Charity event. Guelph will now fine tune their game before opening conference play at home on Saturday, August 30 against the Waterloo Warriors at 3:15 p.m. at the Gryphon Soccer Complex.
