GUELPH, ON - Friday night at Varsity Field, the Gryphons men's rugby team improved to 7-0 with a 67-10 victory over the visiting Waterloo Warriors. In a scrappy game that saw the Gryphons forwards carry much of the load, Marcello Wainwright and Eric Charest-Pekeski each had two tries while Cody Weese-Burton racked up 16 points in the kicking game to help the Gryphons move to within one game of completing an undefeated regular season.

The Gryphons will next be in action on Friday, October 21st when they wrap up their regular season schedule with a home game against the McMaster Marauders.
