The Gryphons will turn their attention to the 2025 Canadian University Men's Rugby Championship following their 43-21 win over the Queen's Gaels to claim their fifth consecutive OUA Championship. Guelph enters nationals as the No. 2-seed and will begin their tournament in quarterfinal action when they take on the UBC Okanagan Heat on Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 12). The Gryphons will be looking to make a return to the podium after finishing in 4th-place at last year's championship as they look to keep their unbeaten record intact. The Gryphons recorded their highest-ever finish at nationals in 2022 and 2023, finishing on the podium in 3rd-place. The 2025 Canadian University Men's Rugby Championships takes place from Complexe sportif Claude-Robillard in Montreal, Quebec with the event hosted by the defending national champions, École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS Piranhas) of the RSEQ.
