Gryphon first year Victoria Cadmen (Burlington, Ont.) scored the lone goal as the women's soccer team defeated the Brock Badgers 1-0 this afternoon in St. Catharines, Ont.
 
After a scoreless first period, it almost looked as if the game would finish knotted at zero's before Cadmen scored the winner at the 78:00 minute mark. Guelph goalie Megan Kilmas (Russell, Ont.) earned her first shutout of her OUA career.
 
The Gryphons, now 3-5-1, are on the road again this Sunday in Hamilton taking on the McMaster Marauders at 1:00 p.m.
