WOMEN'S SOCCER – Gryphons & Varsity Blues battle to scoreless draw
 
Toronto (Sept. 19, 2014) - The Guelph Gryphons women's soccer team played to a scoreless draw against the Toronto Varsity Blues on Tuesday night in their first game of the pre-season at Varsity Stadium in Toronto.

The Gryphons will play a pre-season exhibition game this Friday (Aug. 22) at the Gryphon Soccer Complex against Laurentian at 6:00 p.m.

MEN'S SOCCER – Gryphons open pre-season with win

Toronto, Ont. (Sept. 19, 2014) – In their opening game of the 2014 pre-season the Gryphon men's soccer team defeated the Toronto Varsity Blues 1-0 on Tuesday night in Toronto.

Paul Manchisi scored the lone goal for the Gryphons while Ben Caranci and rookie Braden Taylor shared in the shutout in net. 

The Gryphons now travel to Ottawa for more pre-season action. On Friday (Aug. 22) they play Montreal; Saturday (Aug. 23) against Carleton and then wrap things up Sunday (Aug. 23) against the Ottawa Fury. All games will be at Carleton University.
