Ross Proudfoot (Sudbury, Ont.) won the OUA Cross Country Championships leading the Gryphons to a sweep of the top four places and their tenth straight OUA title. For Proudfoot, the win gives him his second OUA Championship. The fifth year senior will go down as one of the all-time greats in OUA history having won two OUA Championships and having finished second twice as well. His lowest finish at an OUA Cross Country Championship came in his rookie year when he finished 4th.
