Jazz Lindsey (Markham, Ont.) a fourth-year student was honoured on offence thanks to a career-best performance which helped the No.6 ranked Gryphons shutout the Queen’s Gaels on Saturday at Guelph’s Homecoming at Alumni Stadium. In a 66-0 win over the Gaels, the 6-foot, 185-pound pivot tallied a career-high five touchdowns. He completed 23-of-35 passes for 345 yards and three touchdowns in the air, with no interceptions. The Sociology major carried the ball six times for 46 yards, two touchdowns and a long of 16 yards. It was the team’s highest offensive scoring mark of the season and moves them to 3-1.
