Women's Powerade Athlete of the Week
Rachel Cliff, Cross Country

Rachel Cliff from Vancouver, BC won a silver medal this past weekend at the OUA Cross Country Championships. The result helped the Gryphons to their OUA record seventh consecutive team title and moved them into a tie with Western for most ever OUA titles. In the process Cliff was named OUA all-star for the fifth time in her career, joining Jill Purola as only the second ever five-time OUA all-star in Cross Country. In the women’s 5km race, she finished with a time of 17:13.5.
