Ross Proudfoot, Cross Country
Ross Proudfoot of Lively, Ont. captured the silver medal at the CIS Cross Country Championships this past weekend in London. The third-year helped the Gryphon men’s team win their seventh straight title.  His silver medal means he has gone from sixth place as a rookie, to fourth as a second year with the team and now earning a podium spot in his third year.  He was named a CIS First Team All-Canadian.
