"As Athletics and our facilities were always considered high-risk throughout the pandemic Sarah made sure she was visible and connecting with colleagues across campus to communicate how Athletics would have to operate under the provincial guidelines through every change. I cannot overemphasize Sarah's role in opening the new Athletics Centre and keeping everyone safe over the last 2 years during the pandemic."

"Sarah took a lead role on the healthy campus initiative and campus wide wellness group. Understanding the important role Athletics plays in this space, Sarah was quick to do more, go above and beyond and be a leader in shaping this initiative across campus and throughout our department. She seeks perfection in herself each and every day, but what is more impressive is her ability to get the best out of others too in a compassionate team building way."
