The Gryphons Women's Lacrosse team extended their winning ways this past weekend with two victories over the McMaster Marauders and UOIT Ridgebacks.
Game one saw the Grypohns take on division rival McMaster Marauders and winning 12-5. The Gryphons controlled the midfield though improved draw control and tenacious ground ball recovery. Scoring for the Gryphs were: Senior

Danielle Boudreau, Laurel McGillis and
Olivia Kaminski each scored a singled in the victory.
The second match had the Gryphons against UOIT. Coach Green went with a young line-up to develop depth on the bench against the young UOIT Ridgebacks. The rookies stepped up to the challenge and defeated UOIT 10-5. The Gryphons defense played a solid game and continued to improve throughout the match.
