LONDON, Ont. (November 23, 2013) – The Gryphon men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 final Saturday afternoon in London to the Western Mustangs. Set scores were 25-12, 25-18, 25-14. The Gryphons fall to 2-6 on the season while the Mustangs improve to 6-2.
 
The Mustangs controlled each set over Guelph and dominated at the net totaling 43 kills compared to Guelph's 20.
 
Patrick Strzalkowski led the Gryphons with eight kills and one ace while Marc Wilson scored seven kills and three blocks. Eric Wagner led the defence with 11 digs.
 
Leading the Mustangs was Garrett May who racked up 16 kills and two serve aces for the Mustangs.
The Gryphons will look to get back into the win column tomorrow when they head to Windsor to play the Lancers on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
