The Gryphon women's lacrosse team dropped two games today to McMaster and Western in Waterloo as Laurier hosted the games. Guelph now drops to 1-6-1 on the season. In the first game, the Gryphons fell 10-5 to McMaster. Goal scorers were Sarah Finbow with two, Carmen Steger, Stephanie Campbell and Julia Howe added singles while Jessica Stone had two assists and Amy Johnson and Stacey Pogue both had one.

In the second game ended , the Western Mustangs defeated Guelph 14 – 4. Guelph goal scorers were Amy Johnson with three and Stacey Pogue with a single.
