Second year forward Rob Lepine earns Gryphon Athlete of the Week honours after a clutch performance on Sunday night in a decisive Game 3 victory over Windsor in the OUA West Quarter-finals. With the Gryphons season on the line, Lepine scored the game's first goal, as well as the game's final goal, as his overtime tally eliminated the Windsor Lancers from the postseason and moved the Gryphons through to the OUA West Semi-finals.

The two-goal game from Lepine was his second multi-point effort of the series after he previously picked up a pair of assists in Guelph's Game 1 win. His four-point performance in the best-of-three series comes on the heels of a strong finish to the end of the regular season schedule. Lepine, who finished tied for third on the team with eight goals during the regular season, scored four of those eight goals in the final four games of the regular season schedule. The red hot Lepine will look to continue his fine form when his Gryphons play host to the Ryerson Rams on Thursday night at 7:30pm in Game 1 of the best-of-three OUA West Semi-final.
