POWERADE FEMALE GRYPHON ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

SANDRA McCUBBIN, FIGURE SKATING

Sandra McCubbin a fourth year figure skater from Barrie, Ont. won four gold medals and led the Guelph Gryphons to a first place finish in the team competition at this past weekends Toronto Invitational.  She won gold in the solo dance, pair dance, 4’s dance and the team synchro event.  The team captain has been winning medals at every competition for the last four seasons and is a phenomenal skater and great leader on the team.
