Carise Thompson - Thompson ended a run of two silver medal finishes with her first CIS Cross Country Championship on Saturday. The fifth year senior won her third individual medal and received her fourth first team All-Canadian honour. In the process she helped the Gryphons to their tenth straight CIS title and led the way as three Gryphons finished in the top four.
