2016--17 is Emil’s eighth year with the program. He has 20 years of coaching experience at the club level including with the Waterloo Tigers and Cambridge Hawks and has been involved with the OVA Spikes program and the ADP Youth development program. Emil lives in Cambridge and works full time in the IT field.
