The 2024-25 season marks Terry Radchenko's 4th season as head coach of the Gryphons men's and women's cross country teams and associate head coach of the Gryphons men's and women's track and field teams.

During his first season in charge of the Gryphons men's and women's cross country teams in 2021, Terry led the Gryphons to a sweep of the OUA titles, while also helping Guelph reach the podium at the national level, with silver (men's) and bronze (women's) finishes at the 2021 U SPORTS Cross Country Championships. Canadian Running Magazine named Terry a recipient of the "Golden Shoe Award" following his memorable 2021 season with the Gryphons.

Terry Radchenko was named head coach of the Gryphons cross country and endurance programs in August of 2021. He spent the previous nine years at the University of Toronto, helping build their endurance program into a national powerhouse that helped the Varsity Blues win three consecutive U SPORTS women's Track and Field championships (2015-2017) and one U SPORTS cross country championship (2018). He has guided dozens of student-athletes to national team selections, including three Olympians, and has worked at every level of the sport from youth development to high-performance and is one of the most well-respected endurance coaches in Canada.
