Garth joins the Gryphs as one of Canada’s all-time best decathletes. A renaissance man who has spent the past few years in music, acting and teaching, Garth returned to the sport last year with an immediate impact, coaching a number of athletes to the CIS finals and best ever performances, including Michelle Moody, gold in HJ, Cornell Haynes, bronze in HJ, and Brae Anne McArthur bronze in pent. Garth’s high energy, extensive first-hand experience, and reputation in the sport make for a powerful combination. He also coaches with the Speed River TFC.
