Chris enters his ninth year with the Gryphon Track and Field program, specifically working in team operations. He coordinates the teams recruiting efforts as well as meet entries and logistics in addition to acting as an assistant coach with the distance groups. Chris has been part of nine national championship teams during his tenure with the Gryphons. A former Head Coach at McMaster University, Chris is graduated of the University of Guelph (BComm.) and a former team captain.
Chris has a Masters of Education degree in Intercollegiate Athletics Leadership from the University of Washington and has also worked at Stanford University. He is level 3 Endurance coach and works in a shared position between the University of Guelph and Speed River TFC. Chris has been part of five national teams working as a manager at the 2009 World Cross Country Championships in Amman, Jordan, assistant coach at the 2013 World University Championships in Kazan, RUS, and the head coach of the World University Cross Country Championships in Entebbe, Uganda.
