Don has been with the Gryphon’s men’s and women’s program since 2011 where he leads all aspects of the goalkeeping department. Don is a former Canadian National Team Member who earned his first cap in a 1985 win over Trinidad and Tobago. He went on to play professionally in England in both the first and fourth divisions as well as in the CSL in Canada. Don has been a goalkeeping coach at several clubs across Ontario and is currently serving in that role with the Aurora Soccer Club serving all of their OPDL teams. He won an OUA championship and a bronze medal at the U SPORTS Championships in 2016 with the Gryphon’s men’s program.
Why I love being a Gryphon:
“The commitment, effort and support of the players, coaches and students/ faculty have continued to push our players to be leaders, and devoted individuals. This is an important step in our path to develop the best players who strive for excellence and success on and off the field.”
