Biography
Having spent time playing for the University of New
Hampshire, Jessica brings her maturity and
leadership qualities to the OUA this season. The
Gryphons are expecting Jessica to use her experience
to lead the team on and off the ice and set the
standard for work ethic and dedication. Being a
natural scorer and playmaker, she’s sure to put points
on the board. As a face-off specialist, she will be on
the ice in crucial situations and her play in these
situations has the potential to decide games. She will
definitely be a key contributor to the Gryphons evenstrength
and powerplay offence this season.
Pre-Guelph: Jessica is a native of Mississauga,
Ontario, where she was captain of the Mississauga
Junior AA Chiefs of the Provincial Women’s Hockey
League. In 2007-08, Jessica led the team in scoring,
with 20 goals and 32 assists, for a total of 52 points in
32 games. This point total was second overall in the
entire PWHL. She also helped the Chiefs capture the
bronze medal in the league championships. In 2006-
07, she was second on the team in scoring, with 15
goals and 23 assists, for a total of 38 points. Prior to
that season, Jessica played two years with the
University of New Hampshire Wildcats (NCAA Div.I)
