The 2022-23 season marks Chris Clancy's 22nd season as an assistant coach with the Gryphons men's hockey team. As a player, Chris was captain of the Gryphons 1996-97 national championship team, the lone team in program history to capture a national title. Chris also played in the Western Professional Hockey League and is a former draft pick of the Buffalo Sabres. His coaching credentials include assistant coach of the Guelph Storm (2000-2001) and Head Coach of the Kitchener Dutchmen Junior B’s (2001-2002). Chris and his wife Trudi have two children, Jack and Grace.
