CAREER

2013: Farquharson came back after hamstring injury to suit up for four games… Lead the team in rushing yards recording 419 yards on 64 carries, averaging 6.5 yards a game with five touchdowns.

Playoffs: In the Quarter Final win against the Windsor Lancers, he recorded 133 yards on 30 carries with one touchdown. In the Semi Final game against Queen’s he recorded 85 yards on 20 carries.

AWARDS: Week 5, 7, 8 & 9 Gryphon Offensive Player of the Week

 

2012:  Started eight games in his third season with the Gryphons…led the team for the second consecutive season in rushing by carrying the ball 150 times for 936 yards and seven touchdowns to place a career high third in the CIS standings.

Playoffs:  Started in the overtime 42-39 Semi Final win over the Queen’s Gaels and rushed for 55 yards on 17 carries…Started in the 30-13 loss to the McMaster Marauders in the Yates Cup Final.

AWARDS: OUA Second Team Offensive All-Star… .2012 Gryphon Football Team’s overall MVP...University of Guelph’s Don Cameron Award for most improved male athlete at the Annual Athletic Banquet…Week 2, 3 & 5 Gryphon’s Offensive Player of the Week

 

2011: Started seven games in his second season with the Gryphons… led the team in rushing, carried the football 76 times for 322 yards…tallied four touchdowns with only two fumbles on the season

 

2010: Suited up in eight games in his first season with the Gryphons…carried the football 11 times for 37 yards and recorded one reception for zero yards…recorded half a tackle

Playoffs: Suited up in the Gryphons 42-10 OUA ¼ Final loss to the Laurier Golden Hawks

 

Played high school football for Stamford Collegiate.
