Teresa enters her second year as the Head Athletic Therapist for the Guelph Gryphons Football Program. Teresa spent 10 years as the Head Athletic Therapist with the Laurier football team and was part of the team that won the 2005 Vanier Cup. Teresa has worked within the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL) for over 10 years with Brampton, Guelph and the Cambridge Lions. In 2010, Teresa opened her own clinic, Sideline Therapy.  She also works as an Athletic Therapist for two national teams, including Wrestling Canada and Wheelchair Basketball Canada.
Teresa recently became certified as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Honours Kinesiology Degree and a diploma of Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College.
