Steve enters his sixth season as Receivers Coach with the Gryphons. He had spent the previous portion of his coaching career with his former alma mater, Laurier University, serving as the Receivers Coach for seven years. Prior to that he had a great five-year playing career for the Golden Hawks from 2000-2004 as both a receiver and a defensive back. In 2004 he was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes as a DB.  He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology. Steve lives in Kitchener with his wife Ashley and newborn son Jet.
