Peter returns to the Gryphon coaching staff for his 4^th season.  He was a five year starter as a defensive back during his playing days with Guelph from 2003-2007.  During this time he was named Special Teams Player of the Year for the Gryphons (2003) and selected to the CIS East-West CFL prospects bowl (2005).  In 2005 he led the OUAA in punting average and was second in the CIS.  Upon graduating, he played professionally for two seasons in Austria.  Peter has also coached the Guelph Bears in the past for several seasons and has served as the defensive backs coach, defensive coordinator, and assistant head coach.
