The 2019 season will mark Daniel Ferraro's fifth season as the Gryphons kicking coach. Daniel played five seasons with the Gryphons (2010-2014), capping off his senior season in 2014 by connecting on a then-U SPORTS record 26 field goals during the regular season (26-for-30 with a long of 43-yards). Immediately following his Gryphon playing career, Daniel moved into the coaching ranks at U of G, where he worked closely with his younger brother, Gabe, while serving as the Gryphons kicking coach. In 2017, Daniel helped coach his younger brother to one of the greatest single-seasons by a kicker in U SPORTS history, as Gabe set a new national record with 33 made field goals during the regular season.
