Marlee Freeman is a first year guard recruited from Orillia, Ontario who brings speed, strong defense and passion to the Gryphons. Marlee is a fearless and athletic player with a competitive attitude and desire to improve. She strengthens the Gryphons’ transition game through speed and an ability to push the ball, and uses her quickness to add intense ball pressure on the defensive end. Marlee is becoming a stronger offensive threat each day, as she continues to work on powerful drives to the hoop and refining her shot.
