CATHY ROWE MANAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD
2024-25 Cathy Rowe Manager of the Year: Charendeep Dhillon (Women's Soccer)
Charandeep is the definition of initiative, reaching out with the idea on how to run the Gryphons women’s soccer team while showcasing leadership at every step along the way. Charandeep created eye-catching advertisements that were sent out to the interested student-athletes at recruiting events. He organized the year-end dinner, spending countless hours creating a specialized memorable poster that featured each player in an action shot that was framed and presented doing this all on his own because, in his words, "it would be nice for the players to have something." Charandeep is so positive and brings enthusiastic energy as he’s always ready and willing to assist.Â
