W.F. Mitchell Athletics Centre - Room 210

FEATURES:

Room 210 is a multipurpose dance studio located in the W.F. Mitchell Athletics Centre. This room features mirrors on the East wall and is a common location for fitness classes and martial arts.

HOURS:

Monday - 6:30am-9:30pm

Tuesday - 6:30am-9:30pm

Wednesday - 6:30am-9:30pm

Thursday - 6:30am-9:30pm

Friday - 6:30am-8:00pm

Saturday - 8:00am-8:00pm

Sunday - 8:00am-8:00pm

PARKING:

Nearest available parking lots is P12 right beside the Arena. Nearest Parking Meters are available along the perimeter of lot P12 beside the Arena if they do not have a parking pass. Additional parking is available in P14 and P15 - along East Ring Road. Parking is enforced Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm except Holidays. All busses must park in P13 unless otherwise arranged.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Rules and Regulations for MULTIPURPOSE ROOMS Facility Use, violation of any of the below listed Rules & Regulations may result in loss of facility access privileges and/or immediate removal from facility.

  1. NO ANIMALS are allowed. All animals must remain outside of the facility.
  2. Plastic Water Bottles containing WATER ONLY are allowed inside of the facility. Absolutely NO glass containers. Water Refilling stations are available inside the facility.
  3. NO FOOD products are allowed inside of the facility; including GUM, and all SEED or NUT products.
  4. Clean athletic footwear with non-marking soles must be worn on all surfaces. Absolutely NO outdoor footwear is allowed into Multipurpose Rooms.
  5. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or TOBACCO products are allowed inside any of our facilities or within 9 metres of any and all entrances and exits to those facilities.
  6. Bicycles, Skateboards or Motorized vehicles are NOT allowed inside of the facility.
  7. Fireworks or other Explosive devices are NOT permitted.
  8. NO LOITERING, please be respectful of others who will be accessing the facility immediately upon your rental completion.
  9. Programming space is to be shared appropriately with all participants.
  10. Athletic clothing appropriate to the activity must be worn.
  11. Inappropriate behaviour such as swearing, physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated and may result in loss of building access privileges and/or immediate removal from facility.
  12. Persons 15 years of age and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  13. All programming ends 30 minutes prior to the building closing. All equipment must be returned at this time.
  14. Change rooms will be inspected by an Athletics Staff Representative throughout the day and upon building closure.
  15. Use of sound systems must be arranged at time of rental booking in order to ensure use for your event or rental.
  16. DO NOT leave any valuables unattended, the University of Guelph is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
  17. Please be sure to turn lights off at end of use and lock up the space.
