Biography

2012
Started all eight games in his final season with the Gryphons…recorded 38 solo tackles with 24 assists for a total of 50...recorded 1.5 sacks, one interception and two fumble recoveries.
Playoffs: Started in the overtime 42-39 Semi Final win over the Queen’s Gaels and led the team with 12.5 tackles. He also recorded one forced fumble and one fumble recovery for 14 yards and a touchdown. Started in the 30-13 loss to the McMaster Marauders in the Yates Cup Final and recorded two tackles.
AWARDS: Week 3 Gryphon Defensive & Special Team’s Player of the Week; Week 7 Gryphons Defensive Player of the Week
 
2011
Started all eight games in his fourth season with the Gryphons… led the team with 62.5 total tackles, good for third in the CIS… recorded one sack… forced two fumbles
AWARDS: Named the team’s “Tom Dimitroff” Defensive Player of the Year……2011-12 CIS Academic All-Canadian
 
2010
Suited up in eight games in his third season with the Gryphons…recorded 16 tackles…returned three kickoffs for 50 yards
Playoffs: Suited up and recorded one tackle in the Gryphons 42-10 OUA ¼ Final loss to the Laurier Golden Hawks.
AWARDS: Received the Football Team’s 2010 Special Teams award.

Suited up in six games in his second season with the Gryphons…recorded five tackles
Playoffs: Suited up in the Gryphons 37-18 OUA ¼ Final loss to the Western Mustangs
