GUELPH, Ont. – Saturday night (Oct. 25, 2025) in Guelph, the Carleton Ravens held off the Gryphons men's basketball team in a defensive battle, with the Ravens leaving the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre with a 68-58 victory. Jack Tunstill helped lead the way for Guelph, with the St. Thomas, Ontario native finishing the night with 17 points (6-of-9 shooting) to go along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals. One night after taking down the reigning Wilson Cup champion Gee-Gees, the Gryphons were unable to find a groove offensively against a tough Carleton defence, with the Gryphons finishing Saturday night's game 0-13 from beyond the arc. The Gryphons (1-1) will be back on home court again next weekend for a pair of games, beginning with a Halloween night matchup versus the Algoma Thunderbirds (0-2) on Friday, Oct. 31 at 8pm.
