NORTH BAY, ON – Friday night at Nipissing University in North Bay, the Gryphons men's volleyball team lost in five sets to the Nipissing Lakers. Set scores were 25-21, 19-25, 25-23, 23-25 & 6-15.
 
With the loss, coupled with York's victory over McMaster, the Gryphons (6-13) are eliminated from the OUA playoffs.
 
The Gryphons will now return home to close out their regular season schedule on Sunday, February 21 versus the Waterloo Warriors. That game will mark the final varsity volleyball game ever played in the W.F. Mitchell Athletics Centre. The match will start at 4pm with tickets available online.
