Jasmine Douglas, a fourth-year centre from Guelph, Ont. scored 36 points and grabbed 21 rebounds on the weekend as the Guelph Gryphons split their weekend doubleheader with the Lakehead Thunderwolves in Thunder Bay, Ont. The psychology major scored a double-double including 14 points and 12 rebounds on Friday night in an 83-63 win.  The next night she continued to lead the team with 22 points and nine rebounds in an 82-68 loss. The Gryphons wrapped up their regular season with a 10-12 record, tied with Lakehead for the sixth and last playoff spot.  The Gryphons earned the tie breaker thanks to Friday night’s 20-point victory over the Thunderwolves.  Guelph will now play the third seeded Golden Hawks tomorrow (Wed. 22) in Waterloo at 6:00 p.m.
