KAREEM MALCOLM, MEN’S BASKETBALL
Point guard Kareem Malcolm of Brampton, Ont. led the Guelph Gryphons to two straight wins over Western and Waterloo this past week.  On Wednesday against the Mustangs, the fourth year scored 21 points in the Gryphons 82-66 road win. In Guelph’s 82-63 victory over Waterloo on Saturday, the Commerce major scored 24 points, five assists and went 6-for-7 from the field in the fourth quarter to secure the victory. The Gryphon’s will be looking to make it three in a row when they host the Laurier Golden Hawks Wednesday night at the W.F. Mitchell Centre. Tipoff is scheduled for 8pm.
