KAREEM MALCOLM, MEN’S BASKETBALL
Point guard Kareem Malcolm (Brampton, Ont.) was instrumental in securing two wins this past weekend on the road for the Guelph Gryphon men’s basketball team. The Gryphons earned victories over Laurentian (79-76) on Friday and York (77-62) on Saturday.  The Commerce student scored 19 points and tallied six assists at Laurentian, then improved on his performance with 23 points to lead all scorers at York. The Gryphons will be back in action at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 when they travel to Brock to take on the Badgers.
