Gryphon Women's Powerade Athlete of the Week

JENNIFER DUNN, WOMEN’S SOCCER

The women’s soccer team kicked of their OUA regular season this past weekend with a tie and a win.  Rookie Jennifer Dunn from West Vancouver scored in each of the Gryphons games including Guelph’s lone goal in a 1-1 tie with the Windsor Lancers.  On Sunday she scored Guelph’s first goal, proving to be the winner in a 2-0 win over the Western Mustangs.  Dunn is a first-year striker on the Gryphons women’s soccer team from West Vancouver who played youth soccer with the Surdel Sting in B.C.
