BRITTANY SEIDLER, FIELD HOCKEY

Brittany Seidler, a third-year Geography student, who hails from Oliver, BC, helped the Guelph Gryphons field hockey team to a 2-0 undefeated league-opening weekend.  The forward had a spectacular weekend on home field amassing eight goals in two games to spearhead her team to their first two victories of the season, including a 7-0 victory over York and a 5-2 win over Western. The 2010 All-Canadian recorded a double hat trick, scoring five goals over York (including the game winner) and three goals, including the insurance winner in their victory over Western.
