Linebacker Curtis Newton (London, Ont.) was a busy man on Saturday at Laurier.  When he wasn't helping stop the run (against All-Star RB Dillon Campbell), Newton was coming up with big plays to help stop the pass.  Newton picked off Laurier QB James Fracas and nearly took the INT back for a TD.  Newton's 12 solo tackles on the day were a team-high as the Gryphons improved to 7-1 on the season and will now host an OUA semi-final game on Nov. 8th.
