Ross Proudfoot of Sudbury, Ont. won two medals at the OUA Championships this past weekend at York, helping bring home the Guelph Gryphons a silver medal.
 
The Human Kinetics major earned an OUA gold in the men’s 1500m race in an impressive 3:49.56 finish. The fourth year also ran the fastest leg on the OUA record setting 4x800m gold medal relay team with a time of 7:34.57.
 
The Gryphons will be back in action in two weeks and looking to defend their national title at the CIS Championships from March 6-8, hosted by the University of Alberta.
