Third-year wrestler Jade Papke won an CIS silver medal in the women’s 51kg category this past weekend at the 2013 CIS Championships in London. The Mississauga native had excellent performances on both days of the meet. In her final match she lost the first round and then had a great recovery in the second round to win it 4-to-1. However she then lost a take down with very little time on the clock to a former CIS champion. Papke moved from 48kg to the 51kg weight class this year.
