Women’s Ice Hockey at Guelph captured its first ever Women’s Intercollegiate Athletic Union (WIAU) championship title in 1966-67. Throughout the season, the Gryphons lost only two games to Toronto. This marked the first title in a string of six championships that would end in 1973-74 (excluding the 1970-71 and 1972-73 competitive seasons).
