Any individual interested in trying-out for a Varsity team MUST REGISTER through this new URL:
https://www.uoguelph.ca/athlete/
On this new link, an individual can fill out the Health & Waiver Forms online. The Varsity Athletics database will then generate a report for the medical officer(s) at Student Health Services which will indicate whether or not an athlete is cleared or required to have a follow-up appointment or a medical.
NOTE: Coaches will be able to view their inbox on the Varsity Athletics registration website to view the status of each of his/her athletes who are trying out for their respective sports. Details on the new URL.
