GUELPH, Ont. - The Guelph Gryphons celebrated the best and brightest from a memorable 2024-25 season by holding the annual Gryphons Athletics Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. GUELPH, Ont. - Any individual wanting to attend an "Open Tryout" for a University of Guelph varsity team must complete the Athlete Portal (information below) as well as the Medical Health Questionnaire (information below) and be medically cleared for participation. In addition, a Tryout Fee of $30 must be paid at the Client Service Desk in the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre or online. Individuals who are first-year students will need to create an account in the system. SAULT STE. MARIE – Ont. – Over the weekend (Feb. 21-23), our University of Guelph men's and women's Nordic ski team made the trip to Sault Ste. Marie to compete in the OUA Nordic Skiing Championships, hosted by Algoma University and the Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club at Hiawatha Highlands for this three-day championship competition.
