GUELPH, Ont. - The Guelph Gryphons celebrated the best and brightest from a memorable 2024-25 season by holding the annual Gryphons Athletics Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. GUELPH, Ont. – A busy week in October sees six Gryphon varsity teams in postseason action highlighted by the women's rugby team looking to win back-to-back OUA Championships on Friday night in Kingston. Our rowing and cross country teams will also compete for an OUA championship this weekend. Field hockey will compete for a conference title in the OUA Final Four tournament. The Gryphons had a stellar 2024 campaign that saw them finish the regular season with a record of 7-1-2, en route to capturing the OUA silver medal. In addition, a Tryout Fee of $30 must be paid at the Client Service Desk in the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre or online. Individuals who are first-year students will need to create an account in the system.
