GUELPH, Ont. – Tournament passes are now on sale for the 2026 U SPORTS Women's Rugby Championships, presented by Homewood Health.
For the third time in school history, the University of Guelph will serve as hosts of the U SPORTS Women's Rugby Championships, with the 2026 edition of the national championship tournament set to take place November 4-8 at the University of Guelph's Alumni Stadium. Tournament ticket packages are now available for online purchase at usportstickets.ca, with single-game ticket options to be made available for purchase at a later date. 'Guelph Tourism' is the official tourism partner of the 2026 U SPORTS Women's Rugby Championships, which will see quarterfinal action get underway on Wednesday, November 4, with the tournament wrapping up on Sunday, November 8 with the playing of the national gold medal game.

All games are played at Alumni Stadium, University of Guelph and will be streamed live on CBC Gem, CBC Sports YouTube channel and Radio-Canada digital platforms. Each game will consist of two 35-minute halves
About the 2026 U SPORTS Women's Rugby Championships
The top eight university women's rugby teams will head to the Royal City as the University of Guelph has been named host of the 2026 U SPORTS Women's Rugby Championship, presented by Homewood Health. This will be the third time Guelph will be the backdrop for a U SPORTS national women's university tournament, tying the University of Victoria for hosting the most times hosting the women's rugby final. The University of Guelph previously hosted in 1999 and 2014. The 11-game tournament at U of G's Alumni Stadium will be contested November 4-8, 2026. The Guelph Gryphons have twice been crowned national champions in women's rugby, claiming national titles in 1998 and 2011.
